successful youth by bringing awareness to "healthy mental health"
Our Mission:
Our mission is to foster a community where our youth are able to reach their full potential and become contributing healthy minded members of society.
A Child's Prayer, Inc. represents finding solutions to meet the needs of individual children for self improvement. Our non-profit organization is built on the foundation of knowing that "The mind believes what the mind receives". Like butterflies, the thoughts and prayers of our youth transition through phases. They become beautiful, healthy, happy souls equipped to not only receive the many skills and services provided by our dedicated volunteers and donors, but to also return the gift of love to our communities. Through our services, our youth are encouraged to give back to the community and assist in the improvement of the lives of others. Our organization is currently assisting youth, ages 6 to 21 years old in Scotland County and Cumberland County, NC.
Purpose:
A Child's Prayer, Inc. is currently providing services in Scotland County NC and Cumberland County NC. A Child's Prayer, Inc. was created to identify, engage, and intervene with at risk youth within the communities and public school systems. One of our primary goals is to build caring, trusting, and lasting relationships with the youth and the larger communities that we serve. As an organization, with the help of our donors and volunteers, we will guide our youth to healthy mental development. This will result in youth having positive self-esteem, setting and surpassing future goals, connecting with others, and giving back to their communities.
